We're making it easier than ever to save energy and money. The 2026 Energy Efficiency Rebate Program, funded by unclaimed funds earmarked for energy efficiency initiatives, offers valuable incentives to help members improve energy efficiency at home.

Rebates range from up to $50 for Energy Star products to up to $125 for heat pump tune-ups and can be applied for twice during 2026.

Heat Pump Tune-Up Rebate

Receive a bill credit of up to $250 for completing a  heat pump tune-up.

Rebate Details:

  1. Rebate Amount: Up to $250 bill credit
  2. Required Upload: Itemized receipt showing all work completed by a certified HVAC technician
  3. Receipt Date: December 2, 2025 or later
  4. Limit: Up to two rebates ($250 total) per account through 2026
  5. Program Notes: Limited funds available. This rebate is paid for by energy efficiency unclaimed funds, not your electric bill payments.

The itemized receipt must show this checklist was completed during the tune up:

  1. Test primary and secondary drain lines
  2. Inspect condensate pan (not applicable for Mini Split)
  3. Check and clean the condenser coil
  4. Verify proper charge pressures
  5. Monitor unit operation cycle
  6. Adjust blower components
  7. Monitor voltage and amperage on all motors
  8. Check and tighten electrical connections
  9. Clean and adjust thermostat
  10. Check heat exchanger
  11. Test heat pump defrost cycle
