When you choose auto draft, the balance due on your account will be drafted on the due date indicated on your bill – either to a credit card or your bank account. Online Member Portal
The member portal makes it easy to pay online using Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express – as well as echeck. To pay online, simply log into your online member portal and use the “Pay Bill Online” or “Pay my Bill” options. If you do not have an account, you can register online.
Our mobile member app, TCEC Connect, provides an easy way to pay online using your credit card – Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express – or echeck. Download the app today to pay, report an outage, or view electric use. TCEC Connect is available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
If you want to pay your electric bill in cash, you can do that with the CheckOut program. Just use the barcode on the back of your billing statement to pay at one of the more than 2,500 participating locations including Dollar General, Family Dollar and CVS. Review the list of participating locations to find one closest to you. Payments are cash only and include a $1.50 convenience fee.
Payment by phone is available at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year, with Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or echeck. You can pay your bill in person at any of the Tri-County Electric Co-op offices. Drive-through service is available at Azle and Keller during regular business hours, and every office has a night-drop available. If you are in the Aledo area, stop by to access the 24/7 kiosk. To pay by mail, enclose the bottom portion of your bill with a check or money order in the convenient return envelope, keeping the top portion for your records. If you lose the return envelope, mail the payment to Tri-County Electric Co-op, P.O. Box 961032, Fort Worth, TX 76161-0032.
