
Tri-County Electric Co-op members can now notify us of outages by text message. This new benefit gives you a quicker, easier way to report outages. By signing up, you can also receive outage updates and restoration notices via text message.
Member-Owners received a welcome text in March enrolling them in Outage Texting. If you didn’t get that message, follow these steps to register:
1) Enroll your cell phone number and account number through our registration portal.
2) Confirm your registration by entering the pass code.
3) Save 25069 to your contacts to allow you to quickly report an outage.

Yes! Members can enroll to receive outage texts for every meter. If the same mobile number is listed for each account, you will need to register your cell phone number and account number through our registration portal. Each account will have a unique nickname to expedite reporting.
Yes! Members can register family member numbers to receive outage texts through our registration portal.
